Over the weekend I sat with my beautiful 12-year-old granddaughter and stared at the clouds. We both commented on what we saw in the clouds and how they changed from one thing to another.
We are always striving for balance. Just like the clouds. For one minute we are at peace, the next minute things seem out of hand, and the feelings of pressure to achieve more or change something take over.
The term self-care is all over social media. It has photographs of wonderful experiences, trips to far away places, and, of course, every product and gadget you can imagine. Most of us spend time every day working on something. Chores or a job seem to dominate our actions. Sometimes, we find ourselves saying things like, oh, I’d like to go and have fun, but I have laundry to do or some other item on a to-do list. These feelings and pressures can often leave us feeling off-balance.

Reading faces has become second nature to me. I see clues and glimpses into your life. One common thing I see is fatigue and stress. So, whether I am treating someone for the first time or the 100th time, I always look at the face that you bring me. I search for the emotions and the habits that make up your daily life. Then I choose the amount of energy to provide for the treatment.
This rebalancing and energy is done with great devices micro current facial in addition to my hands, but always with my hands. It is different each time. This crucial step begins to reset your balance.
I may also provide some homework. For example, I may ask you to have a cup of tea and do some breathing every day to help. I am sure many of the people I see are surprised by that guidance. Most are expecting a super expensive treatment option or several hundred dollars in creams and lotions. But that does not always encourage the energy balance we are seeking.
